Concept of open spaces in Cité Policière
Upside down, Inside out
The key idea of the Cité Policière corresponds to integration in the neighbouring town landscape. The green vegetative mass penetrates intermediate spaces of architecture. It contrasts with the forms laid out at the level of the roof landscapes. The two levels represent and personify together a strong connection between architecture and the environment.
The new structure of open spaces is integrated in the urban parkvegetation and creates a fluid contact with the higher green zones (Grund).
